How many users can access my account?
Â鶹´«Ã½our account can be accessed by an unlimited number of users with whom you share your login details with. This makes it easy to keep tabs on your orders and communicate between front-of-house staff, back-of-house staff etc.
Â鶹´«Ã½ou can also add additional contacts to receive specific communications, for example, your accountant to receive invoices.
Will I get charged per user?
No. Â鶹´«Ã½ou will be charged per account/venue. If you have multiple venues, our Premium plan is designed for you.
Are there any additional fees or hidden surcharges?
No. There are no additional/hidden fees or surcharges on top of your monthly bills.
When and how will I be billed?
Â鶹´«Ã½ou will be billed from your nominated CC or DD on your sign-up date and every month following that (same date).
If you have elected for a yearly plan you will be billed every year on the same date.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
Â鶹´«Ã½ou must cancel your plan before the next payment is due. There are no cancellation fees.
Once canceled and your plan ends, you will only have access to our free features.
Are there any fees if I change my plan?
No. There are no additional fees besides the difference to be added or credited for your plan.
Â鶹´«Ã½ou will get instant access to the new plan and the changes will be reflected on your next billing period. No money will be refunded, only a credit will be applied to your balance. Â鶹´«Ã½our new subscription renewal date will be the day that you upgrade/downgrade.
